Strengthen collaboration between fund management company and distribution partners, develop framework for raising internal and external profile of investment funds, review fund administration offering.

Approach
Survey and interviews among key stakeholders to understand baseline. Develop catalogue of specific initiatives to strengthen collaboration between fund management company and distribution. Develop investment and ESG narrative.

Results
Alignment between fund management company and distribution, alignment on new service catalogue for fund administration services, plan for raising the profile of the investment funds.

Accelerate ESG integration at asset manager

Assignment
Ensure ongoing operations of customer’s team during transition period. Build project organization, decision making structure and execution model to create foundation for realizing the customer’s ambition within ESG integration.

Approach
Scope key project tracks and build project organization. Run project management, ongoing planning and execution together with customer’s team. Engage internal stakeholders across markets and functions through townhalls, new letters, etc. Run workshops to develop approach to exclusions, voting, engagement activities, reporting etc.

Results
Alignment between key stakeholders on direction, both strategically and operationally. Updated policy documents. New voting model. New engagement reporting model. Updated exclusions. New products launched successfully. Clear communications.

Copenhagen Financial Hub

Assignment
Project management of Copenhagen Financial Hub, a public-private partnership between the Danish Ministry of Business and the Danish financial sector with the purpose of attracting international financial companies to Denmark.

Approach
We have been responsible for scoping, managing, funding and executing the project with reference to a Steering Group consisting of senior executives from the public and private sector. Responsibilities have included building business case and strategy, identifying leads, meeting and attracting leads, arranging events in Copenhagen, London, New York and Boston, company visits to Copenhagen, help and advice on everything from international schools to legal structuring to international companies considering establishing business in Copenhagen.

Results
So far we have helped attract a number of international companies to Copenhagen.
